12 February 2014 – no casualties

It’s been unusually cold and wintry here of late, and I haven’t felt that I was missing any important movements of birds that might predict new casualties.  I did have a Fox Sparrow in the yard over the weekend, so I made a point to walk the NRC perimeter today.  There was no evidence suggesting that I’ve missed any casualties over these last several weeks.
